Passion

• The most important qualification we have for a member of the LondonDAO is simply passion for the LondonDAO. A displayed interest or passion for the art and mission of the LondonDAO is a must. We hope your passion for our mission and our organization with motivate you to participate in helping us reach our goals.

Open mindedness and empathy

• We are in a new industry that is developing everyday. In order to grow and build in this space, you must have an open mind. We will work together, share ideas, and give/receive constructive criticism. We are all equals and the appreciation of that fact will only serve to help us grow as an organization.

Background

• We at the LondonDAO value those from all backgrounds because we know gaining perspective and being empathetic is the fasted way to grow and innovate.
